First Night Out!

The School of Optometry puts on a Skit night every year.  This is the first year Joel decided to grace them with his talents, and I wanted to go.  So we put Benjamin to sleep and left him in Grandpa's care.  We realized it was the first time we'd gone out after dark with no baby in 17 months.  Crazy!  There are advantages to having a Grandpa around!

 Joel sang "Myope's Dream' to the tune of Teenage Dream and had a gaggle of backup dancers.  Was really fun!  And clean, and didn't make fun of any of the profs...I of course, thought it was the best.  Here he is accepting his prize!  A fun evening to get out, and be able to actually watch it without managing what would have been a cranky baby.
