This is one reason why I love this guy. He scrubs the gunk from the sink before he replaces the faucet. And love that he can replace the faucet. Even if we did have a waterfall to the basement when we turned the water back on. And even if that waterfall happened to fall on the electrical panel. And even if we were without power for a few hours. But I love the new faucet and we didn't have to replace the panel!
